York artist, Penelope Grumbine, is partnering with Voith Siemens Hydro to construct two and three dimensional works inspired by the valve forms and materials manufactured in the plant.

Located in the heart of the Cultural District in downtown York near Central Market, YorkArts operated a beautiful gallery, artist and pottery studios and administrative offices. Besides the variety of educational classes held at out facilities, YorkArts provides numerous opportunities for at-risk children to participate in teh art making process. Some of our projects include mosaic murals, Art in the Parks, and Chalk Walk.
